Please read the conditions below carefully, which should be printed out and kept as a copy by the user.

The User’s access to the Service is governed by the following conditions:
- The service of the website www.reintegrationeconomy.org provided to Users consists of: access via URL entry, link, banner, social network, etc.; viewing of ongoing Initiatives. Specifically regarding the “Companion for Life Call for Projects,” after access and viewing, the User may choose the Project to support by expressing their preference through a so-called “click.” In particular, the User must proceed with a “light” registration of their data, with the option to opt-in for further communications, such as marketing updates. The User will have the ability to comment on and vote for the Projects proposed by the Associations, share all content of www.reintegrationeconomy.org with their friends on social networks or on websites and blogs in general, thus promoting the activities and Associations they feel most aligned with.
- EXCLUSIONS: The following entities are excluded from participation in the initiatives of www.reintegrationeconomy.org:
- Commercial companies other than cooperatives;
- Banking foundations;
- Political parties and political movements;
- Trade unions;
- Employers’ associations;
- Industry associations.
- The Commission referred to in Article III of the “Companion for Life” Call for Projects shall immediately exclude Associations that engage in activities contrary to applicable laws and EU and international regulations that violate principles of democracy, non-discrimination based on ethnicity, gender or sexual identity, religion, or opinion, or that engage in unlawful activities such as animal abuse, vivisection, etc.
- Associations with multiple locations in the United Kingdom or abroad may submit only one project and, therefore, access only one grant.
- The ranking of the Projects participating in the initiative is determined by the highest number of preference “clicks” received from web users. Each user may cast only one preference “click” per Project, but they may vote for multiple projects. The authenticity of preference “clicks” is monitored by CrowdM, which, at its sole discretion, updates the scores and rankings of the Projects. Furthermore, CrowdM identifies and reports to Almo Nature and Fondazione Capellino any invalid votes in cases of multiple “clicks” by the same user or “clicks” obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., multiple nicknames, clones, fake accounts, anonymizers, temporary or anonymous emails, or any other mechanism or system designed to fraudulently count preference “clicks”).
- Before awarding the Contribution provided for by the Initiative, Almo Nature will subject the recipient Associations to a “second-level” verification of their eligibility and compliance with the requirements set out in the Call for Projects and the accompanying registration form. Should an Association fail this additional verification, the contribution will be awarded to the next eligible Association in the ranking.
- Following successful verification, Almo Nature will enter into a contract with the recipient Association, outlining the contractual terms of the relationship. The contract template is attached to the “Companion for Life” Call for Projects.
- The Service described in points 1) and 2) is free of charge and is offered to all web users in Italian, Spanish, English, German, Dutch, and French. The availability of the service is subject only to User registration and compliance with these conditions.
