PHASE 1

PROJECT REGISTRATION

From 2nd April to 3rd June 2025, each interested non-profit organisation may submit its project on this website in the areas covered by the call. Each application must include a detailed description and all the documentation required by the call.

PHASE 2

PROJECT SELECTION

A qualified international commission will assess the eligibility of projects submitted by the deadline, selecting those that meet the criteria of the call and allowing them to progress to the next stage.

PHASE 3

ONLINE
VOTING

Online voting for the selected projects will be open from 18th July to 16th October 2025. Users registered on the platform will be able to vote, helping to determine the final ranking. At this stage, it will be crucial for organisations to engage and involve their network of supporters and friends.

PHASE 4

ALLOCATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

On 20th October 2025, the winning projects will be announced based on the final ranking. The grants awarded will cover 80 per cent of each project’s budget, with a maximum of £11,000 for the top-ranked project and scaled amounts for subsequent projects. A total of £45,000 will be allocated across seven projects.
