to support the colonies and also the stray area, we worked with some amazing vets that help us neuter and treat the injured cats that we bring in. we flea, worm, neuter chip and return them as well as rehome them. Its is 99% stray animals, unfortunately nothing is for free. and costs are going up and we have literally no support from anyone apart from the fundraising we do.
our aim is to neuter more and more cats the more money we have the more we can do, we are in an economic crisis and have cultural differences in the UK where people are not neutering. We aim to neuter ( if owned with permission) cats, if not owned we will either TNR or rehome if we have room, we currently have over 100 cats in and have colonies needing help that we can not afford to keep neutering without support. Unfortunately there is not enough support to help and areas we live in there is literally no support with the local CP closing and the C4 vouchers being handed out is not supporting the vast amount of cats that need us. We aim to try and educate as much as we can as well and speak to people to allow us to educate them. Neutering is the key to it all. unfortunately and people have not the money education or willingness to do this, our aim is to support this
to neuter animals,
to educate as much as we can
to treat sick, injured as much as we can
this is an ongoing project and will never stop the larger rescues aren’t touching this as much as they can or have the means too so the smaller rescues are having to step in with little money to do this
